Activation Information
Your security is important to us. That’s why it’s important to activate your Visa® debit card as soon as you receive it. To activate your new or replacement card and set a PIN, call toll-free 1-800-922-3808. If you do not know or have forgotten your current PIN, you can select a new PIN or change the one you are currently using, by calling 1-800-448-8268.

In the event you will be traveling outside of the United States and will need to use your First Citizens’ Visa® Debit Card, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible prior to your travel departure by contacting us at 1-800-642-7515 for us to authorize out of country transactions on your debit card.* This is so that we can monitor your account closely and to ensure your access to your funds when using your First Citizens’ Visa® Debit Card.
