Just enter your First Citizens' Visa® debit card information to get started. Look for merchants that feature the contactless symbol and simply hold your mobile device up to a payment terminal to purchase your items! It is that easy, fast and convenient.
Getting Started
Adding your First Citizens' Visa ® debit card to your digital wallet is easy. Choose Apple Pay or Google Pay on your mobile device and follow the on screen prompts to setup your debit card. In the case your First Citizens' Visa® debit card needs to be verified, please call 1(800)-642-7515 during Contact Center hours; Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM and Sat 8:00AM-1:00pm.
Don't forget to add your First Citizens' Visa debit card to other merchants including:
- Visa Secure Remote Commerce
- Amazon Pay
- Venmo
- PayPal
- And anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted!
