Mass Save®
In need of energy efficient home upgrades? Mass Save® is a collaborative of Massachusetts’ electric and natural gas utilities service providers. They empower residents, businesses, and communities to make energy efficient upgrades by offering a wide range of services, rebates, incentives, trainings, and information.
- Approval Letter from the state required
- $500 to $25,000 for energy efficient upgrades or up to $50,000 for qualified residential customers who are installing eligible heat pumps
- 12 to 84 months
Micro Heat Loan
Is it time to replace your heating, cooling, or hot water heater in your home? This micro loan follows the same guidelines as above with an application through Mass Save. However, the amount and term are different.
- $500 to $2,000 for energy efficient upgrades
- 12 to 24 months
Collateral Loan
In need of some quick, easy funds? Use your savings or certificate of deposit account as collateral to obtain a loan.
- Secured loan
- $500 and up (100% of available funds in account)
- 12 months to 48 months*
- Automatically approved
*If requesting a collateral loan against a CD, the term must coincide within the term of the CD; Cannot exceed the maturity date.
